So, a quick summary about me. As you might have guessed, I’m tall. 6’2”, in fact. There are women taller than me, but I have to go a fair way to find them. There are also men taller than me, but they usually constitute the minority. I’m LDS, a mother, wife, sister, daughter, former Marine, and much more. Hopefully, I’m becoming more every day.

I want to write about all things tall, my experiences and my discoveries. I’m not really a fashion blogger, but clothing does come into it a lot. After all, tall fashion and styles are notoriously hard to come by, and who better to ask than another tall woman? Finding good clothes definitely ranks at the top of the list of tall girl problems. I’m a tall woman writing for tall women and tall girls, or parents of tall girls. And I’m also writing for anyone who wants to be comfortable with who they are, who wants to grow and become the best version of themselves, while still loving themselves along the way.

But I also want to write about Other things. Yes, Other with a capital O, because it’s such an all-encompassing category. I want to write about more than just being tall because the human experience would be ridiculous if just boiled down to a single aspect. So you’ll find posts here about parenting, gardening, farming, college, family, and even occasionally politics, or whatever else feels relevant at the time. Being tall tends to color my perspective on many things and tie them together, but it is not the end-all-be-all of my existence.

So welcome, I hope you find something interesting and worthwhile.
